Stopped in for a beer while visiting San Diego and stayed for several and some snacks (mozzarella sticks and onion rings) Had some tasty crafty beer selections and a 4 special on 2 of them We played trivia and darts. Our teenager was allowed to stay as well until 10pm. Definitely a nice place with friendly staff.
Finally decided to give this place another try after talking to one of the owners on a golf course. Bartender was very nice. While we only ate mozzarella sticks, they were delicious. I only rated atmosphere low because it was dead when we were there. I'll be back for sure!
I’ve been to this bar a few times and I don’t write reviews on here, but I got to say. Wow. The wings are amazing, the fish and chips are what compelled me to write this. Everything is so good and Kenny the bartender is great. 10/10 service from Kenny.
It was my day off so I decided to celebrate, let loose and get their delicious LS Philly Cheese-Steak Sandwich (thin sliced house steak, onions, peppers, cheddar on a fresh Amorosa roll straight from Philly), an AleSmith 394 pale ale, their signature ‘Irish Goodbye’ (Proper 12 Irish Whiskey, Bailey's, Guinness) and then a full Guinness from their legit nitro Guinness tap. What a great meal, friendly conversation and all around fun time! I love that place. #LunchOfChampions
Love this place!! The food is awesome! Homemade sauces are bomber (try the ranch and the tartar)!I love the burgers and the fish and chips. All the bartenders are great and they pour a proper Guinness which is amazing. Great live music too
Highly recommend this bar! We got the extra spicy wings and burger and loved it!! The bartenders were super friendly and good vibes all around. There are plenty of board games too for everyone to use
I love this place. The 1 Wings on Wednesday is unbeatable! They are plump and delicious too. Also the burger & fries is fantastic. The atmosphere is everything you want all from a bar. Just a bunch of fun people enjoying a game or Comedy Wednesdays. Dog friendly.
We came here for lunch as a large party of 13. We had originally tried to go to another restaurant down the street but they couldn’t accommodate our group. I’m glad we came here! First of all, great name! Second of all, the staff and servers were all very kind and welcoming to us. The prices are very reasonable! The servings are very large. And most importantly, the food is very good. I ordered a small ceasar salad and it is very big. My friend ordered the large and we could’ve split it. Everyone liked their food. Some ordered the Philly steak sandwich, some ordered burgers. We all shared the French fries. There was plenty to go around. Before leaving I asked the bartender if I’d get a free drink since my last name is “Story”. He would’ve given me one, but we were heading back to play tennis in the national championships. So he gave me a free T-shirt instead! How cool is that? It’s very soft and I love wearing it.
